		<title>disanje &#8211;  prvi korak u oporavku od trudnoće i poroda</title>

Tijekom tih čarobnih 9 mjeseci beba naraste od mikro veličine jajne stanice pa ponekad i do 5 kilograma. No, tijekom trudnoće ne raste samo beba, raste i mamin trbuščić. Kako bi se taj proces mogao događati obično se trbušni mišići moraju razmaknuti kako bi napravili mjesta za bebu. Iako većina žena nakon poroda priželjkuje povratak trbuha u prijašnje stanje, fokus bi prvenstveno trebao biti na smanjivanju dijastaze. Prvi korak u tom postupku je disanje, a tek kasnije slijede prilagođene vježbe za obnovu mišića trupa. Vježbama disanja aktiviramo duboke mišiće core-a koji pomažu da se razmaknuti mišići vrate na svoje mjesto. Možete logično pitati: &#8220;Dakle, ne trebam ništa raditi? Samo disati?&#8221; Da, ali ne bilo kako disati....</p>

<p>Iako većina žena nakon poroda <a href="https://supermame.hr/2018/01/26/krenuti-s-vjezbanjem-nakon-poroda/">priželjkuje povratak trbuha u prijašnje stanje</a>, fokus bi prvenstveno trebao biti na smanjivanju dijastaze. Prvi korak u tom postupku je disanje, a tek kasnije slijede prilagođene vježbe za obnovu mišića trupa.</p>
<p>Vježbama disanja aktiviramo duboke mišiće core-a koji pomažu da se razmaknuti mišići vrate na svoje mjesto. Možete logično pitati: &#8220;Dakle, ne trebam ništa raditi? Samo disati?&#8221; Da, ali ne bilo kako disati. <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Potrebno je disati dijafragmalno.</span></strong> Lagano i fluidno aktivirajući zdjelično dno, trbušne mišiće i dijafragmu. Udahom je potrebno otvarati rebra, puniti trbuh zrakom, spuštati dijafragmu i opuštati zdjelično dno, a izdahom podizati zdjelično dno, zatvarati rebra i ispuhivati zrak iz trbuha, primičući pritom pupak kralježnici. <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Isključivo vježbe disanja potrebno je raditi 14 dana &#8211; 2 mjeseca prije početka vježbanja, ovisno o stupnju dijastaze i naravno kod carskog reza</span></strong>. Izvođenje ovih vježbica zahtjeva priličnu količinu koncentracije, no dobra je vijest da ne oduzima previše vremena. Možete leći na pod pored vaše bebe dok se igra i napraviti nekoliko ponavljanja. Također možete prije spavanja napraviti nekoliko ponavljanja. Super je ako tijekom dana možete skupiti 20ak ponavljanja i to izvoditi kontinuirano.</p>
