					<description><![CDATA[<p>Potaknuta nedavnim kišnim osvježenjem,malo sam požurila s ovom inače jesenskom poslasticom,čim sam ugledala te fotogenične i slatke hokaido tikve na tržnici. I nisam požalila 😉  PITA OD HOKAIDO TIKVE tijesto: 1,5 šalica bezglutenskog brašna ili kombinacija sa kukuruznim 1 žlica šećera prstohvat soli 100 g maslaca 4-6 žlica vode Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite tijesto-maslac usitnite prstima, po potrebi dodajte još brašna ako je ljepljivo. Ostavite da odstoji preko noći u hladnjaku. Hladno tijesto će biti prilično tvrdo. Omekšajte ga rukama i valjkom, ali ne previše jer će se lijepiti. Tankim slojem tijesta obložite namašten i pobrašnjen okrugli kalup za pitu. Tijesto nabockajte vilicom, prekrijte papirom za pečenje i na njega stavite dvije šake graha,koji će spriječiti da se tijesto napuhne. Pecite prazno tijesto petnaestak minuta ma 180&#8217;C. <div dir="auto">Bundevu ogulite i narežite na kockice. Pecite je u pećnici na 180&#8217;C oko petnaestak minuta dok sasvim ne omekša. Prebacite u blender,pa zajedno s jajima i slatkim vrhnjem izmiksajte u glatki pire. Dodajte šećer i začine, pa kušajte.Doradite po svojoj želji. Napunite koricu pireom od bundeve pa pecite u pećnici još četrdesetak minuta. Pustite da se posve ohladi.</div>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>GLUTEN-FREE BANANA BREAD &#160; 1 šalica bademovog brašna 1/2 šalice kokosovog brašna (pravo brašno,ne mrvice) 1 žličica sode bikarbone prstohvat soli 3 banane 2 jaja 2 žlice otopljenog kokosovog ulja 1/2 šalice agavinog sirupa 1/2 šalice grubo sjeckane tamne čokolade ili čokoladnih kapljica *šalica=250ml &#160; Zagrijati pećnicu na 180&#8217;C. Kalup za pečenje kruha obložiti papirom za pečenje i premazati uljem. U jednoj zdjeli pomiješati sve suhe sastojke- bademovo i kokosovo brašno,sodu bikarbonu i sol. U drugoj zdjeli pomiješati sve mokre sastojke- gnječene banane,jaja, kokosovo ulje i agavin sirup. Dobro umutiti. Dodati suhe sastojke u mokre i sve zajedno dobro promješati pjenjačom. Dodati usitnjenu čokoladu i nježno promješati kuhačom. Smjesu prebaciti u obložen kalup za pečenje i poravnati po površini. Peći oko 40 min.(provjeriti čačkalicom). Dobro ohladiti prije rezanja i serviranja....</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Koliko god mi konkretnost u svemu odgovara, da znam na čemu sam (non-spontanious type of girl), toliko mi i nije loše ovo nepredvidivo i mušičasto vrijeme &#8211; red sunca, red kiše.. Lakše se diše. A i kuha. A pogotovo i jede. Svatko ima svoje veselje, naročito kad si jedan od rijetkih koji još nisu zgibali nekud na more. U mom slučaju to su novi recepti kojima se žurno posvećujem dok malci spavaju, kaos doma miruje,samo lagano zuji klima i muzika sa Soundseta.. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>Ne znam što mi je zadnjih dana/tjedana, ali nekako sam se uljenila. Je li do toga što većinu vremena provodim kući ili sam već mislima dobrano na moru, ali baš mi je fjaka i to cjelodnevna. Čak i pomislim na neki recept pa se uhvatim kako u širokom luku zaobilazim kuhinju. Moraš kuhat&#8217;. Moraš i peć&#8217;. Moraš to i probat&#8217;. A i željna si nečeg novog.  I jednostavnog. Na sreću, pronalazim recept koji ne samo da zadovoljava sve kriterije, nego vas i spašava ostataka povrtnih namirnica &#8211; varijanta palačinki koje nalikuju popečcima, ukusne, zasitne i vizualno primamljive, koje možete jesti za doručak, ručak ili večeru, same ili kao prilog, a njihovim sastavom se igrate i kreirate ga sami. Najdraže mi je to što su jednako fine i mirisne bilo da su tople...</p>

<p>Ne znam što mi je zadnjih dana/tjedana, ali nekako sam se uljenila. Je li do toga što većinu vremena provodim kući ili sam već mislima dobrano na moru, ali baš mi je fjaka i to cjelodnevna. Čak i pomislim na neki recept pa se uhvatim kako u širokom luku zaobilazim kuhinju. Moraš kuhat&#8217;. Moraš i peć&#8217;. Moraš to i probat&#8217;. A i željna si nečeg novog.  I jednostavnog. Na sreću, pronalazim recept koji ne samo da zadovoljava sve kriterije, nego vas i spašava ostataka povrtnih namirnica &#8211; varijanta palačinki koje nalikuju popečcima, ukusne, zasitne i vizualno primamljive, koje možete jesti za doručak, ručak ili večeru, same ili kao prilog, a njihovim sastavom se igrate i kreirate ga sami. Najdraže mi je to što su jednako fine i mirisne bilo da su tople ili hladne, pa su odličan izbor kao putni gablec za velike i male. Palapečke u vrečku i pravac u prirodu!<span id="more-3900"></span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;">+igrajte se varijacijama na temu:</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">umjesto mladog luka upotrijebite poriluk, dodajte mrkvu ili papriku, umjesto heljdinog brašna upotrijebite prosovo brašno,umjesto vode upotrijebite sojino mlijeko,itd.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Naribajte tikvicu,prebacite ju u cjedilo, protisnite prstima,posolite i ostavite da otpusti tekućinu. Za to vrijeme u dubljoj zdjeli razmutite jaje pa mu dodajte vodu,brašno i sol. Smjesa će ispasti malo gušća od one standardne za palačinke. Mladi luk sitno nasjeckajte, zajedno s ocjeđenom naribanom tikvicom umiješajte u smjesu i dobro promješajte da se što bolje poveže. Ovisno o tome želite li veće ili manje palačinke,izlijte smjesu u tavu na rastopljen maslac i pecite sa svake strane cca 2 minute.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Već smo odavno utvrdili da sam &#8220;choco freak&#8221;. I nema tog doba dana ili doba godine kada mi čokolada ne prija. Iako sam vrlo izbirljiva oko iste, kada otkrijem neki top recept spremna sam ga reprizirati kroz sva godišnja doba!  Ali ljeto je. Ono THE godišnje doba kad se osjećam kriva što uopće razmatram koji recept upotrijebiti a kamoli izrealizirati ga&#8230; Cilj &#8211; izgledati podnošljivo na moru. Izbaciti čokoladu. Evo do jeseni. Ili do rođendana barem. Ali, šogor mi ima rođendan prije, a i svekrva, pa moram nešto ispeći.. a kako ispeći bez isprobavanja.. Ok, svesti čokoladu na jednom tjedno. Računajući samo radne dane.  Do tada samo lagano. Samo slano. <div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">65 g kokosovog brašna (ne mrvica)</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">1/4 žličice sode bikarbone</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">200 g parmezana + malo za posipavanje</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">1 žlićica mediteranskog začina</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">malo soli</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;"></div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">Ugrijati pećnicu na 190&#8217;C. Mikserom umutiti jaja i kokosovo mlijeko i dodati ostale sastojke. Kalup za pečenje prekriti papirom za pečenje i namazati maslinovim uljem. Po njemu rasporediti i prstima utisnuti smjesu za pogaču debljine oko 5 mm. Po površini posipati parmezan. Peći na 190&#8217;C na oko 10ak minuta a onda smanjiti na 160&#8217;C da polako dobije lijepu boju.</div>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Mada nam doma zidove krase dvije klime, još uvijek pribjegavamo old school hlađenju boravka i blagovaone spuštanjem roleta do pola prozora kako nebi bili kao u stakleniku&#8230; Jer, rano je, a i dječica su mala pa da ih klima ne nahladi i jer se gospona muža čeka da prvo ocišti filtere pa ju uopće aktivira, a i toliko me pika u oči to silno trošenje energije i zagađivanje zraka radom vanjske jedinice.. A da je upeklo, stvarno je. Pa kad se sjetim još rada pećnice ili štednjaka, dodatni znoj me oblije! Znam da je ovo švercanje u onom najočiglednijem obliku, da ovaj recept nije nikakva nauka, da zapravo ni nema veze s bezglutenskim režimom ali tako godi&#8230; U ovo doba godine,vjerujem da je salata najpoželjniji obrok. Dva dana vozikanja van Zagreba u divnu prirodu, druženja, roštiljanja, prejedanja, minimum kretanja, sunčanja, i veselja ispraznilo nam je baterije, ali ispunilo srca i duše. Sva ona samokontrola tijekom tjedna je tako nestala u hipu uz drage ljude i bogat stol, pa rekoh kad je bal&#8230; Eto vam sad još bogatiji kolač! Volim se tješiti što je unatoč popriličnom udjelu čokolade, ovaj desert barem bezglutenski (znači zdraaaaaaav!), sočan i već na samoj granici kategorije voćnog kolača zbog visokog udjela svježe cjeđenog soka naranče i njene ribane korice! <div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">Žumanjke odvojite od bjelanjaka, dodajte im šećer i vanilin šećer i miksajte dok ne dobijete gustu glatku smjesu. Zatim dodajte naribanu koricu naranče te orahe pomiješane s kakaom i naribanom čokoladom.Umiješajte narančin sok,a potom lopaticom dodavajte snijeg od bjelanjaka.Smjesu izlijte u maslacem namazan i brašnom posut kalup za torte. Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 160&#8217;C oko 80 minuta. Pečenu tortu premažite tankim slojem džema i pustite da se dobro ohladi.</div>
<div dir="auto" style="text-align: center;">Za ganache glazuru, čokoladu krupnije nasjeckajte i stavite u metalnu posudu. Slatko vrhnje zagrijte do vrenja i prelijte preko čokolade. Pjenjačom mješajte dok se čokolada ne rastopi i postane glatka. Ostavite da se malo ohladi i zgusne, premažite preko kolača  i dobro ohladite u hladnjaku.</div>

Da sam sklona akcijama &#8220;5 do 12&#8221; već i vrapci na grani znaju, ali otkada sam majka, to je postalo pravilo, a ne iznimka (shame on me!). Uvijek je tu sveprisutno &#8220;samo još ovo&#8221;, &#8220;samo još ono&#8221;,&#8221;evo za par minuta&#8221;&#8230; I uhvatim se kako oko ponoći provjeravam hrpu natuknica na post-it razbacanim papirićima i jesu li chekirane.. Vikendi, nekoć s nestrpljenjem isčekivani, sada su postali &#8220;kad ću to sve stići?!&#8221; kratka dva i pol dana. Još kad se u to uključi i pokoja temperatura&#8230; Na svoju ambicioznost kulinarskim pothvatima tada mogu samo odmahnuti rukom i sklepati jedan &#8220;quickey&#8221; desert da moji muškići slučajno ne zaborave kako supermamu imaju ? Zaljubljenica u ne-boje, minimalizam i tenisice, fali joj barem 5 dodatnih sati u danu i uredno svugdje kasni. Njezina najdraža parola “red, rad i disciplina” unatrag 4 godine u njenom domu više ne pali. U slobodno vrijeme sanja nove recepte, gomila nove sastojke i nada se da će to dvoje pretvoriti u nešto opipljivo i jestivo u roku tjedan-dva.
