<p>Ovo tijelo je moje tijelo i odnedavno dolazi bez isprika.<br />
Nemam više potrebu ispričavati se, prvenstveno sebi.</p>
<p>Nemam više potrebu manijakalno pokušavati biti 3 broja manja u obujmu kostiju, kada moje kosti fizički ne mogu biti manje.</p>
<blockquote><p>Nemam više vremena provoditi život u razmišljanju o tome kako izgledam i uklapa li se moje tijelo u standarde koji su neodrživi i nerazumni.</p></blockquote>
<p>Bitnije od neimanja potrebe i vremena je što sam si oprostila da moje tijelo to ne može. Prestala sam se ljutiti na tijelo/sebe/roditelje/gene/karmu i energiju i fokus preusmjerila na življenje i na zdravlje.<br />
Kroz shvaćanje da zdravlje ne znači imati određeni broj na vagi, nego kondiciju, izdržljivost, fleksibilnost i sposobnost bivanja u svom tijelu, u oklopu koje nam je dano da nas služi (a ne mi njega).</p>
<p>Umjesto brojke na vagi kao finalnog cilja, biram ciljeve kao što su „45 sekundi u planku bez da krepam od umora“,  „popeti se uz stepenice bez da se uspušem“, „polizati sladoled mindfully i s guštom, bez da ostatak dana provedem s grižnjom savjesti“.</p>

<p>No, osjećam potrebu napisati par riječi o <em>#selfacceptance</em> i <em>#bodypositive</em> jer imam feeling da smo i ovo uspjeli opteretiti očekivanjima i nametnutim standardima.</p>
<blockquote><p>Jednako kao što s jedne strane imamo nametnute standarde idealnog (tijela), tako se sad sa druge strane nameće i gura pod nos prihvaćanje i voljenje tijela baš onakvog kakvo je, često i na silu.</p></blockquote>
<p>Voljeti sebe i svoje tijelo ne isključuje da vi s tim tijelom radite što god vas je volja.</p>
<ul>
<li>Ako vam smetaju male grude i želite veće, pa povećajte ih (ako ste u mogućnosti)</li>
<li>Ako vas nervira trbuh koji visi do koljena, zarolajte ga kirurški nazad na mjesto (pupku ionako nije mjesto pored femura)</li>
<li>Ako je liposukcija jedina opcija koja vam se čini prihvatljiva za vaša bedra – niste ju dužni nikome pravdati</li>
<li>I zube popravljamo, zar ne?</li>
<li>Imamo i frizure, manikure, pedikure&#8230;sve to spada u vanjske fizičke atribute koji nas u konačnici čine zadovoljnijima/sretnijima</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Ja se volim, danas zaista i skoro pa u cijelosti (ovo je cjeloživotni proces koji nikad ne završava).</p>
<p>Ali znate što me najviše dotle dovelo?</p>
<p>Operacija trbuha i grudi.</p>
<p>Ta fizička korekcija mi je pomogla da se malo opustim, udahnem i da konačno imam vremena i energije za kopanje po sebi iznutra. Jer kad si fizički toliko umorna od nevoljenja tijela koje je tu svaki dan da te podsjeti na sve to što te smeta &#8211; onda je nenormalno teže raditi na prihvaćanju sebe i svog tijela, iznutra.</p>
<p>Poanta je, nikome se ne moraš opravdavati. Ako i nakon hrpetine rada na sebi i potpune <em>blissful</em> ljubavi poželis na liposukciju bedara, <em>by all means</em>, ne daj nikome da ti objašnjava kako se to kosi sa ljubavi prema sebi.</p>
<p>Slušati sebe, svoje potrebe i želje i iz mudrosti života odabrati one koje će ti pomoći učiniti sljedeći korak u oslobođenju (sebe, ljubavi, slobode&#8230;) &#8211; <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">TO je ljubav prema sebi</span></strong>, a ne grljenje celulita na silu, ako ti nije do grljenja svog celulita.</p>
<p>Ako ti na tom putu treba pomoć, savjet, podrška, prijatelj &#8211;  tu sam.<br />
Ne ustručavaj se javiti.</p>
