					<description><![CDATA[<p>Za početak, mislim da sam i službeno opsjednuta pirovim brašnom jer je predivno. Sve se može sa njime, a zdravija je varijanta od običnog pšeničnog brašna. Priznajem usput i da sam oduvijek veliki ljubitelj peciva, kruha i svega tome slično&#8230; ima li netko da nije? Sreća je i da obožavam mijesiti tijesta, gledati kako se diže, pa premijesiti pa peći, mmm ima li išta bolje od mirisa toplih domaćih peciva? I razmišljam tako hoću li uskoro imati manje vremena za sve to? Za mijesiti tijesto, pa čekati da se digne, pa peci, pa pospremi &#8230; hm? Ovaj me recept uvjerio da definitivno ne moram odustati od domaćih peciva, a toliko je mojih čitatelja ova peciva napravilo opet i opet i opet da stvarno znam da su savršena, ne samo meni...</p>

<p>U čemu je tajna? Nema tajne, ova peciva su sve što moraju biti &#8211; fina, zdrava, brzo gotova i laka za napraviti.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><em>1 šalica (integralnog) pirovog brašna</em><br />
<em>2 čajne žličice praška za pecivo</em><br />
<em>1 žličica soli</em><br />
<em>1 šalica grčkog jogurta ILI 3/4 šalice običnog tekućeg jogurta</em><br />
<em>1 jaje ili bjelanjak &#8211; za premaz!!</em><br />
<em>razne sjemenke za posipanje</em></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">*1 šalica = 240ml do vrha</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">POSTUPAK:<br />
<em>Pećnicu zagrijte na 190°C. U posudi pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol. Dodajte jogurt. Promiješajte sve zajedno vilicom. Ukoliko koristite običan jogurt i tijesto se čini mekano i ljepljivo, dodajte još brašna. Pobrašnite površinu i izvadite smjesu pa zamijesite kratko. U slučaju da se lijepi bez straha dodajte još malo brašna dok se tijesto malo ne stvrdne odnosno prestane biti ljepljivo. Nije potrebno dugo mijesiti, samo dok se sastojci ne spoje. Nemojte dodavati brašna previše jer će biti pretvrda, radije pobrašnite ruke prilikom formiranja peciva.</em><br />
<em>Podijelite na jednaka 4 dijela. Formirajte u deblje trake pa spojite tako da dobijete peciva sa rupom u sredini. Stavite na masni papir.</em><br />
<em>Premažite umućenim jajem ili bjelanjkom. Posipajte omiljenom kombinacijom sjemenki &#8211; ja sam koristila crni i bijeli sezam, chia sjemenke i pirove pahuljice. Pecite na gornjoj rešetki u pećnici, ne (zadnjoj gornjoj) &#8211; 25 minuta. Izvadite i pustite da se ohladi barem 10 minuta prije rezanja. Peciva namažite omiljenim namazom, dodajte omiljene sastojke i uživajte.</em></p>
