<li>Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C.</li>
<li>Kriške kruha stavite na pleh i pecite ih u pećnici dok ne postanu zlatno smeđe i hrskave, otprilike 5-7 minuta.</li>
<li>Dok je kruh još topao namažite ga tankim slojem pesta, gore stavite burratu koju ste prethodno začinili s malo maslinovog ulja, cherry rajčice i rukolu. Po želji možete dodati i fetu tanko narezanog pršuta.</li>

<li>Posipajte izmrvljenu fetu preko kukuruza.</li>
<li>Pokapajte s malo maslinovog ulja i ukrasite svježim korijanderom ili peršinom.</li>
<li>Poslužite odmah.</li>
