U zdjelici razmutite jaja s mlijekom, solju i paprom. Zagrijte tavu na srednjoj vatri i dodajte maslinovo ulje. Na tavu dodajte povrće i lagano ga pirjajte 2-3 minute. Prelijte povrće smjesom jaja i kuhajte dok omlet ne postane čvrst. Prije posluživanja pospite sjeckanim orašastim plodovima za dodatnu hrskavost i proteine. Poslužite uz krišku integralnog kruha.</p>

Ogulite bananu i pripremite sve sastojke. Ako želite hladniji i gušći smoothie, možete koristiti smrznutu bananu. U blender stavite bananu, špinat, bademovo mlijeko, proteinski prah, maslac od badema, orašaste plodove i suho voće iz Eurocompany linije te led. Blendajte sve sastojke dok ne dobijete glatku i kremastu smjesu. Ako je smoothie pregust, dodajte još malo mlijeka. Prelijte smoothie u čašu i, po želji, ukrasite dodatkom orašastih plodova na vrh.</p>

U lončiću pomiješajte zobene pahuljice, mlijeko i prstohvat soli. Stavite lončić na srednju vatru i kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje dok smjesa ne postane kremasta, otprilike 5-7 minuta. Kada je kaša gotova, maknite je s vatre i umiješajte med ili javorov sirup za dodatnu slatkoću. Prebacite kašu u zdjelicu i ukrasite žlicom Eurocompany chia sjemenki (koje ste prethodno namočili), svježim voćem te posipajte cimetom ako želite dodatnu aromu.</p>
<p>Savjet: Za dodatni boost proteina, možete u kašu umiješati žlicu grčkog jogurta ili proteinskog praha nakon što je skuhana.</p>
