					<description><![CDATA[<p>  Intimno zdravlje i dalje je tema o kojoj žene često razmišljaju &#8211; ali rijetko otvoreno govore. I dok se čini da danas imamo više informacija nego ikad, stvarnost pokazuje da je puno toga još uvijek nejasno, prešućeno ili prepušteno osobnom istraživanju. To potvrđuju i rezultati ankete koju smo provele na Instagramu. Čak 25% žena priznaje da osjeća nelagodu postaviti pitanja o intimnom zdravlju, dok njih 66% informacije traži samostalno, umjesto da se obrati stručnjacima – što čini tek 30% ispitanica. Istovremeno, svakodnevne navike koje smatramo “normalnima” često mogu raditi više štete nego koristi: 44% žena koristi isti proizvod za tijelo i intimnu njegu, 78% redovito koristi klasične uloške, a gotovo polovica kombinira pamučno i sintetičko rublje. <p data-start="391" data-end="897">To potvrđuju i rezultati ankete koju smo provele na Instagramu. <p data-start="899" data-end="1168">S druge strane, problemi poput suhoće i nelagode nisu rijetkost &#8211; 21% žena navodi da se s time povremeno susreće, dok dio njih poseže i za vlažnim intimnim maramicama (19%), često ne znajući kako takvi proizvodi dugoročno utječu na prirodnu ravnotežu intimnog područja.</p>
<p data-start="1170" data-end="1524">Upravo ovakvi podaci pokazuju koliko je edukacija i dalje potrebna, ali i koliko je važno imati pristup provjerenim, stručno formuliranim rješenjima. Brendovi poput <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Mariene</span></strong> nastali su upravo iz te potrebe: da ženama ponude nježan, informiran i siguran pristup intimnoj njezi, utemeljen na razumijevanju ženskog tijela, a ne na mitovima i pretpostavkama.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>1. Učestalije pranje = bolje zdravlje</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mnoge žene peru intimno područje više puta dnevno, često i agresivnim proizvodima. Međutim,</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">vulva nije zamišljena da bude sterilna, već uravnotežena. Pretjerano pranje narušava mikrobiom i zaštitni lipidni sloj, što vodi do suhoće, peckanja i iritacija. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preporuka je nježno čišćenje 1x dnevno (ili po potrebi), bez agresivnih surfaktanata.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>2. Korištenje “klasičnih” gelova za tuširanje</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Često se koristi isti proizvod za tijelo i intimno područje. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Takvi proizvodi imaju nerijetko viši pH i često sadrže mirise i sastojke koji mogu iritirati sluznicu. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preporuka je koristiti proizvode formulirane specifično za intimno područje.</span></p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>3. Svakodnevno korištenje uložaka</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mnoge žene ih nose “za svaki slučaj”, ako dođe iscjedak i slično, jer im pružaju određenu sigurnost.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No stalno nošenje uložaka stvara </span><span style="color: #a00523;"><b>toplo i vlažno okruženje</b></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> što je idealno za disbalans mikrobioma, kaoi  iritacije i infekcije. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ukoliko nije riječ o pamučnim ulošcima, često sadržavaju problematične sastojke, a golim okom ne vidimo kako to negativno utječe na intimno zdravlje.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Puno je bolje nositi ih samo kada stvarno treba. Ukoliko postoji stvarna potreba za time, primjerice za vrijeme trajanja neke terapije ili u slučaju inkontinencije, bolje je birati platnene uloške ili uloške s primjerice eco cert certifikatom ili OEKO TEX STANDARD 100 ili GOTS certifikatom. </span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>4. Ignoriranje materijala donjeg rublja</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Danas sve češće viđamo sintetsko donje rublje. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">No problem je sljedeći: koža ne diše, zadržava vlagu, povećava se rizik od iritacija i infekcija. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pamuk i drugi prirodni materijali su idealni za svakodnevno nošenje, a bilo bi dobro birati one materijale koji imaju GOTS ili OEKO TEX 100 certifikat.</span></p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>5. “Mirisno = čisto”</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Intimni proizvodi s jakim mirisima često se doživljavaju kao “higijenskiji”. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mirisi su jedan od najčešćih uzroka iritacija i alergijskih reakcija u intimnom području. Preporuka je koristiti bezmirisne formulacije koje neće kompromitirati zdravlje.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>6. Korištenje vlažnih maramica svakodnevno</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pogotovo “intimnih maramica”. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Često sadrže konzervanse i surfaktante koji dugoročno mogu narušiti mikrobiom. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preporuka je koristiti ih povremeno (putovanja, nužda), ne kao svakodnevnu rutinu.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>7. Pretjerano fokusiranje na “unutarnje čišćenje”</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Neke žene i dalje posežu za vaginalnim ispiranjem. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vagina se sama čisti. Ispiranja narušavaju prirodnu floru i povećavaju rizik od infekcija. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fokus treba biti na njezi vulve, a ne vagine.</span></p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>8. Ignoriranje suhoće</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Suhoća se često zanemaruje ili prihvaća kao nešto što dolazi s godinama i to tako mora biti.  </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Međutim, suhoća znači narušenu barijeru čime je veća osjetljivost, iritacije,  i nelagoda. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preporuka je koristiti uljne čistače te serume za njegu koji obnavljaju lipidni sloj i podržavaju mikrobiom.</span></p>

<h3 style="text-align: left;"><b>9. Preuska odjeća stalno</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Uske tajice, sintetički materijali,</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> outfiti </span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">koji ne dozvoljavaju da koža diše. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Problem je zadržavanje vlage i topline, što je idealno za disbalans. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">To ne znači da ne moraš nikad više nositi tajice, no bilo bi dobro birati prirodnije materijale ili ako su već sintetski, onda ih nositi samo povremeno. Ako je riječ primjerice o nošenju haljina/suknji, topla preporuka je birati hulahopke koji imaju prorez po sredini intimnog područja, poput <em>Intimien brenda</em>. </span></p>
<h3><b>10. Reagiranje tek kad nastane problem</b></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Njega se često uvodi tek kad se pojave simptomi. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">No prevencija je ključna jer mikrobiom se narušava postupno. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Intimna njega bi trebala biti u službi kao svakodnevni ritual, a ne samo “kad nešto nije u redu”.</span></p>

<p data-start="354" data-end="654">Zato je važno pristupiti intimnoj njezi s više nježnosti, ali i više znanja &#8211; birati proizvode koji poštuju prirodnu ravnotežu, slušati signale tijela i ne čekati da se pojavi problem kako bismo reagirale. Upravo u tome leži razlika između rutine koja odmaže i njege koja dugoročno podržava zdravlje.</p>
