Nakon bezbrižnog ljeta, povratak u rutinu često nije lagan, a svakodnevne zadaće samo se množe. Zato sam ti danas pripremila jedan recept koji ti može poslužiti kao inspiracija za obroke i donijeti barem jednu brigu manje u užurbanom danu. I to recept za klasik koji mi je idealan obrok za radni tjedan &#8211; kelj i faširanci! <p>Za pečenje zagrijemo tavu s uljem i pečemo s obje strane dok ne dobijemo zlatno &#8211; smeđu boju (4-5 minuta sa svake strane, ovisno o debljini faširanca). Poslužimo uz kelj!</p>

<p>Kad sam tek postala mama, jedna od najtežih stvari mi je bila planiranje i kuhanje obroka. Zapravo, planiranje je bila najteža, od smišljanja što će se kuhati do odlaska u dućan 100 puta jer bi svaki put nešto zaboravila&#8230; Pa sam krenula u istraživanje što mi može olakšati taj cijeli proces!</p>
<p>Isprobavala sam razne stvari, puno je tu bilo neuspješnih pokušaja, ali na kraju sam došla do načina koji za mene i moju obitelj odlično funkcionira. I najvažnije, oslobodila sam prostor u glavi koji je prije bio zauzet pitanjima: &#8220;A što ćemo danas jesti???&#8221;.</p>
<p>Uz planiranje, moj tjedan izgleda manje kaotično i puno više organizirano.</p>
<p>Zapravo, više ni ne razmišljam o obrocima, sve jako brzo složim, obavim kupnju, pripremu i svaki dan znam što će se kuhati.</p>

<p>Ljeto je za mame obično zahtjevna sezona i češće su nam naši mališani kod kuće (a oni najmanji pod nogama stalno).</p>

<p>Super je što ovo tijesto možeš i unaprijed napraviti, recimo večer prije i onda u vrijeme ručka daš djeci da naslažu ostatak. Možeš napraviti i duplu porciju ovog tijesta i ispeći kiflice (može stajati 3-4 dana u frižideru, u nauljenoj posudi).</p>

<h2>Pizza</h2>

<p>450 g brašna<br />
250 ml tople vode<br />
1 žlica šećera<br />
1/2 suhog kvasca<br />
1 prašak za pecivo<br />
1 dcl ulja<br />
1 žlica soli</p>
<p><span style="color: #a00523;">DODACI:</span></p>
<p>Pasirana rajčica/pelati – 200 – 300 ml<br />
Šunka, kulen, pršut – 250 &#8211; 300 grama<br />
Sir – 300 grama<br />
Tikvice, meksički miks povrća, luk, paprike, origano…</p>
<p><span style="color: #a00523;">PRIPREMA:</span></p>
<p>Prvo pomiješamo malo brašna s praškom za pecivo, suhim kvascem, polovicom vode i šećerom.</p>
<p>Nakon par minuta dodajemo još brašna, ostatak vode i ulje. Ostavimo da se tijesto digne dvadesetak minuta, a onda dodamo ostatak brašna i sol.</p>
<p>Kad se tijesto udvostručilo, razvučemo ga (preporučam namazati ruke s malo ulja za razvlačenje – i sebi i djeci) i složimo dodatke po želji.</p>

Začini:sol, papar, lovorov list, talijanska mješavina začina, češnjak u prahu</p>
<p>PRIPREMA:</p>
<p>Na ulju popržimo luk i mrkvu, dodajemo meso dok ne dobije zlatno-smeđu boju. Dodamo sos od rajčice i pustimo da se krčka 20-ak minuta. Za to vrijeme paprika narežemo napola i složimo ih u lim za pečenje, a feta sir nasjeckamo na komadiće. Pećnicu zagrijemo na 200 stupnjeva. Kad je meso gotovo, žlicom ga stavljamo u paprike i posipamo feta sirom.</p>

<p>U današnje vrijeme, kada su dani ispunjeni obvezama od jutra do mraka, pronalazak vremena za pripremu ukusnih obroka za obitelj može se činiti kao prava avantura.</p>
<p>U ovom članku, želim s tobom podijeliti kako mi<span style="color: #a00523;"><strong> tjedno planiranje obroka olakšava kuhanje</strong></span>, štedi vrijeme i osigurava da moja obitelj uživa u raznolikim obrocima.</p>
<h2>Kako organiziram kuhanje kroz tjedan?</h2>
<p>Planiranje obroka je više od pisanja koje ćemo recepte i namirnice koristiti – a posebno za roditelje. U obzir treba uzeti sve aktivnosti koje nam dolaze kroz tjedan, od naših poslovnih i osobnih do dječjih. Kroz vrijeme sam naučila što odgovara mojoj obitelji i bilo je tu puno pokušaja i pogrešaka, da se ne lažemo…</p>
<p>Sada već imam sistem koji radi za mene čak i kad se meni ne da – npr. <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">određena jela se uvijek jedu 2 dana</span></strong>, ulovimo poneki vikend ručak kod baka (shoutout najboljim bakama!), <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">uvijek imam nekoliko jela u zamrzivaču</span></strong> za one dane kad ne stignemo ni sjesti (a kamoli jesti), a plan mi služi kao okvir unutar kojeg mogu kombinirati.</p>
<p>Zapišem jela koja mi odgovaraju za nadolazeći tjedan i ne određujem dane kad će se koje jelo jesti – to volim ostaviti za svaki dan, pogledam što mogu skuhati (jer sam već nabavila namirnice za ta jela u planu) i onda vidim što stignem skuhati taj dan ili što nam se jede. Ovakav način možda neće odgovarati tvojoj obitelji i zato je bitno da nađeš ono što hoće – a uvijek se možeš inspirirati na mojem <a href="https://www.instagram.com/rucakzatjedan/?hl=en">Instagram-u</a> ili<a href="https://wixmojastranica.wixsite.com/rucakzatjedan"> web stranici</a>.</p>

<p><span style="color: #a00523;"><strong>Priprema:</strong></span></p>
<p>Na ulju popržimo piletinu narezanu na kockice (možeš ju pripremiti unaprijed i marinirati preko noći – ako ne stigneš, samo ubaci začine prije pečenja). Kad je dobila zlatnu boju, izvadimo je iz tave i ubacujemo nasjeckani luk i mrkvu. Kad se to malo popržilo (nekoliko minuta), dodajemo tikvicu i cherry rajčice nekoliko minuta.</p>

<p>Nakon toga stavljamo kvinoju i zalijevamo ju vodom/temeljcem. Nakon 5 minuta meso vraćamo natrag i kuhamo na laganoj vatri još desetak minuta. I to je to – jedan lonac i brzo jelo, ima li bolje?</p>

<p>3 dana može izdržati u hladnjaku, samo se drži pravilnog spremanja u hladnjak – čim prije ohladi jelo i odvoji odmah dio koji planiraš upotrijebiti drugi dan. Na taj način osiguravaš da se jelo ne pokvari.</p>

<p>Namirnice poput luka i mrkve (koje koristim često) obično nasjeckam preko vikenda i spremim u hladnjak tako da su mi spremne za par dana. Isto tako, uvijek držim i smrznuto povrće u škrinji za svaki slučaj i brzinski obogatim jelo – u ovom receptu možeš kombinirati koje god povrće želiš ili imaš.</p>
<p>Ako ne želiš koristiti kvinoju, uvijek ju možeš zamijeniti rižom ili skuhati tjesteninu.</p>
<p>Isto vrijedi i za meso: slobodno koristi puretinu, svinjetinu, junetinu… ili neki plant-based protein poput slanutka ili tofu-a.</p>

<h5><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">SVE POČINJE OD PROSTORA</span></strong></h5>
<p>Kuhinjski prostor igra važnu ulogu u planiranju kuhanja i realizaciji tog plana. Prostor za čuvanje hrane i pribora, kao i prostor za pripremu jela jednako su važni kao i same namirnice. Ne kaže se slučajno da je kuhinja srce svakog doma. Kuhinja je mjesto iz kojeg mirisima i okusima svoj stambeni prostor pretvarate u nešto mnogo više od zidova i namještaja – u dom. Zato prije nego za poteškoće s kuhanjem okrivite nedostatak vremena, pobrinite se da vaš kuhinjski prostor zadovoljava ova tri preduvjeta za nesmetano kuhanje:</p>
<p>&#8211; da nema elemenata i ploha punih nepotrebnih stvari<br />
&#8211; da su najčešće korištene stvari na najdostupnijim mjestima<br />
&#8211; da su namirnice u praktičnim i preglednim spremnicima</p>
<h5><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">ZAŠTO PLANIRATI KUHANJE?</span></strong></h5>
<p>Najviše vremena (i živaca) gubite jer smišljate što kuhati upravo na taj dan ili večer ranije. To je prekasno i često za takve nagle ideje imate premalo vremena, premalo namirnica ili oboje. To uzrokuje da su vam odlasci u nabavku gotovo svakodnevni i time vremenski neracionalni. Puno je lakše odvojiti pola sata jednom tjedno ili svaka dva tjedna za osmisliti jelovnik i u svoj raspored zapisati što, ali i kada točno kuhati. Takva rutina omogućit će vam već u prvom takvom tjednu veliko vremensko i psihičko rasterećenje i to evo zašto:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Dobro osmišljen jelovnik moći ćete ponavljati</span></strong> – jednom kad osmislite tjedni ili dvotjedni jelovnik (dakle jela za sedam do četrnaest dana), moći ćete ga ponavljati bez da narušite raznovrsnost prehrane jer ste o tome odmah kod planiranja vodili računa. Tako ćete recimo jedan vikend sjesti na pola sata i isplanirati jela za iduća dva tjedna. Nakon dva tjedna ponovit ćete jelovnik prvog tjedna i tako ponavljati dok ne poželite nešto novo ili dok se ne promijene sezonske namirnice.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Nećete morati kuhati svaki dan</span> </strong>– već dok sastavljate jelovnik razmišljajte koje dane možete kuhati za dva ili više dana, što ćete zamrznuti, a koje dane će biti potrebno samo skuhati prilog ili napraviti salatu. Zamrzavanje ili podgrijavanje već skuhanog obroka znači da će topli obrok na stol možda moći staviti i netko od ukućana, a ne nužno vi.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Rjeđe ćete i smislenije kupovati</span></strong> – kad znate što i koliko kuhati znate i što treba provjeriti u kućnim zalihama te dokupiti ukoliko nedostaje. Nije li lakše odlaziti u nabavku usklađenu s jelovnikom i ostalim tjednim obavezama nego stihijski, umorna i gladna?</p>

<h2><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Kako isplanirati dvotjedni jelovnik?</span></strong></h2>
<p>U spomenutih pola sata tijekom vikenda, dok niste u gužvi, sjednite uz običan list papira i učinite sljedeće:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Zapišite deset jela (ručkova)</span></strong> – mislite na ona omiljena u vašoj obitelji, zatim ona za koja treba manje vremena pripreme, sezonska jela te jela koja je lako zamrzavati i kombinirati sa različitim prilozima. Od tih deset označite četiri koja možete skuhati za dva dana. Ukoliko imate sreću odlazaka na ručak kod roditelja nedjeljom ili u restoran, ubrojite i to u ukupan potreban broj jela po tjednu.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Upišite jela po danima u raspored za iduća dva tjedna</span></strong> – ovdje zapravo kombinirate koje dane kuhate, a koje podgrijavate ili jedenje van kuće. Ovo je najzahtjevniji korak u planiranju kuhanja jer podrazumijeva postojanje rasporeda svih ostalih obaveza. Imate li ga?</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Provjerite zalihe namirnica za isplanirana jela</span></strong> – kako biste na vrijeme (do)kupili sve potrebne namirnice za jelovnik.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Sastavite popis za nabavku</span></strong> – kako ne biste nešto zaboravili kupiti, ali i kako biste mogli odlazak u nabavku delegirati bez puno objašnjavanja.</p>

<p>Tu je mala beba, dojenje, presvlačenje, priprema kašica, uspavljivanje, šetnja, a da ne spominjem ogromne količine neispeglane robe i pod s tisuću i jednom mrvicom. Pitanje je sada, kako organizirati kuhanje i stvoriti svoj vlastiti ritam, jer jesti se mora?</p>
<h2><strong>šalica kave i priprema ručka</strong></h2>
<p>Iz perspektive mame koja je na porodiljnom i koja ima troje djece, ispričati ću vam svoju priču kako organizirati vrijeme i kuhanje s djecom.</p>
<p>Prvo što ujutro napravim kada oči otvorim, odem u kuhinju, uzimam džezvu, natočim ju vodom do vrha i stavljam na ploču. Zatim obavim jutarnju higijenu i završavam pripremu kave. To je neki moj ritual koji me veseli. <a href="https://supermame.hr/2021/11/22/jedini-aparat-koji-pamti-sto-zene-vole/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Šalica tople kave je moj punjač baterija.</a> Guc – dva i možemo dalje.</p>
<p>Nakon što djeci napravim doručak, odmah se bacam na pripremu ručka. Moja priprema ručka u prosjeku kreće oko 8 sati. Sigurno se pitate zašto tako rano? Zato što su djeca ujutro najmirnija, zaigrana, naspavana i odmorna. Želim to vrijeme i idilu iskoristiti, jer neće dugo potrajati.</p>
<h2><strong>boravak na zraku</strong></h2>
<p>Preduvjet da krenete s pripremom ručka odmah nakon doručka je da ste večer prije isplanirali što ćete kuhati i da sve namirnice imate kod kuće.</p>
<p>Ako je vani predivno vrijeme, a mi u kući, ja sam luda. To je još jedan razlog zašto rano krećem s kuhanjem. Oko 10 sati ručak je gotov, marenda pojedena i možemo van na sunce. Želim da trče, skaču, voze bicikl, igraju nogomet, spuštaju se niz tobogan.</p>
<p>Jako mi je bitno da mi djeca borave na svježem zraku i da su tjelesno aktivna. Smatram da je to uz zdravu prehranu preduvjet dobrog imuniteta i ne želim da zbog kuhanja za to budu uskraćena. Čak i ako nisu idealne vremenske prilike, boravak na zraku smatram korisnijim i boljim od buljenja u televiziju, mobitel ili crtić. U konačnici, kada se izmore, bolje će pojesti ručak, oko kojeg se sve vrti.</p>
<h2><strong>kaos, a ručak je na stolu</strong></h2>
<p>Po povratku kući kreće kaos. Jednom se spava, drugi traži gdje je stavio autić, treći se sjetio da nije do kraja riješio zadaću.</p>
<p>Zamislite da tek u tom kaosu počinjem s pripremom ručka. Ne bi bilo ručka, ni mojih živaca. Ovako ručak je već skuhan.</p>
<p>Ako pripreman tjesteninu, umak je skuhan prije odlaska vani, a tjesteninu kuham po povratku kući. Naravno, računala sam na kaos pa je lonac s vodom već na štednjaku, a tjestenina pored. Jednom rukom palim štednjak, dok drugom smirujem dijete kojem se spava.</p>
<h2><strong>volim jutra</strong></h2>
<p>Još jedan trik, prije odlaska, postavila sam stol. Tako da samo čekam da se tjestenina skuha i ručak je gotov. Ono što mi puno pomaže da izbjegnem stresne situacije je da zamislim situaciju koja će me dočekati kada dođemo kući i da joj se prilagodim.</p>
<p>Sretna sam jer je 12 sati, a mi smo proveli kvalitetno vrijeme vani i ručak je na stolu.</p>
<p>Ovo je način kako najbolje funkcioniram. Jutarnji sam tip i ujutro mi mozak radi 100 na sat (i ovaj članak pišem ujutro dok se ručak krčka). Želim iskoristiti jutro!</p>
<h2><strong>stvorite svoj ritam</strong></h2>
<p>Ako ste više noćni tipovi (ja to nikako nisam), naravno da navečer možete pripremiti dio ručka i ujutro ga dovršiti. Iskustvo i razne situacije u kojima ćete se naći pomoći će vam da stvorite svoj idealni ritam.</p>
<p>Ako ste mama koja radi ili radi od kuće, pripremu napravite navečer. Sama ta činjenica da ste barem dio ručka pripremili večer prije, omogućiti će vam da bez panike zakoračite u dan, a taj osjećaj nema cijene.</p>
