<p>Nekoliko žlica ulja<br />
3 luka<br />
4 mrkve<br />
850 grama mljevenog mesa<br />
2 žlice paste od rajčica<br />
150 ml vode<br />
200 grama baby špinata (ovo možeš i preskočiti)<br />
100 grama maslaca<br />
100 grama brašna<br />
1 l mlijeka + 200 ml vode<br />
1 pakiranje tijesta za lazanje<br />
150 grama naribanog sira</p>
<p>Začini: sol, papar, muškatni oraščić, dimljena paprika, češnjak u prahu</p>
<p><span style="color: #a00523;">PRIPREMA:</span></p>
<p>Za početak krenemo s pripremom mesnog umaka – na tavi popržimo luk i mrkvu pa dodamo meso. Kad dobije zlatno-smeđu boju, stavimo pastu od rajčica i vodu. Ostavimo da se lagano krčka 20-ak minuta i po želji ubacimo špinat (ovaj korak možeš preskočiti, ali ja volim dodati povrće gdje god mogu).</p>

<p>Bacamo se na pripremu bešamel umaka – otopimo maslac na tavi, dodajemo brašno i popržimo dok ne promijeni boju pa dodajemo mlijeko i vodu. Ključno je dobro miješati u ovom koraku kako bi se izbjegle grudice. Ostavimo na umjerenoj vatri uz povremeno miješanje dok se ne zgusne.</p>

<p>Vrijeme je za slaganje lazanja – posudu lagano premažemo s maslacem da nam se ne zalijepi i slažemo redom kore, bolonjez pa bešamel umak. Za zadnju koru ostavimo samo bešamel i naribani sir.</p>
