<h3>Od slučajne zamjene do vlastitog centra</h3>
<p>Sve je počelo još tijekom studija, kada ju je kuma zamolila da je privremeno zamijeni na masažama dok je na godišnjem odmoru.</p>
<p>“Iako tada nisam imala gotovo nikakvo znanje o masaži trudnica, nisam osjećala otpor prema tome. Upravo me to potaknulo da počnem istraživati i dodatno učiti”, prisjeća se.</p>
<p>U to vrijeme edukacije o masaži trudnica u Hrvatskoj i okolnim zemljama gotovo da nisu postojale, pa je znanje morala graditi samostalno.</p>
<p>“Bila sam primorana sama pronalaziti literaturu, proučavati i učiti. Vrlo brzo sam bila spremna za tu dvotjednu zamjenu – ali ona je na kraju potrajala sedam godina.”</p>
<p>Tijekom tog razdoblja počela se sve više baviti i rehabilitacijom, a područje <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">trudnoće i postpartuma</span></strong> postalo je njezin profesionalni fokus.</p>
<p>“Danas, nakon više od osam godina rada i brojnih dodatnih edukacija, ostvarila sam svoj san i otvorila vlastiti centar posvećen upravo ženama u trudnoći i majčinstvu.”</p>

<h2>Zašto je važno raditi s educiranim stručnjakom</h2>
<p>Rad s tijelom žene u trudnoći i nakon poroda značajno se razlikuje od klasičnih tretmana.</p>
<p>“Rehabilitacija u ovom razdoblju nije samo rješavanje problema zbog kojeg je žena došla. Važno je pronaći uzrok i gledati tijelo kao cjelinu – od glave do pete”, objašnjava.</p>
<p>Svaki tretman, dodaje, mora biti potpuno individualan.</p>
<p>“Potrebno je stalno osluškivati kako tijelo reagira na pokrete i tehnike. To je nešto što osoba bez edukacije jednostavno ne može pružiti jer ne zna kako bi tijelo trebalo reagirati i kada nešto nije u redu.”</p>
<h2>Tegobe koje žene smatraju normalnima &#8211; a zapravo nisu</h2>
<p>Mnoge žene tijekom trudnoće bolove u tijelu prihvaćaju kao neizbježan dio tog razdoblja.</p>
<p>“Najčešće su to bolovi u leđima i zdjelici. Nažalost, mnoge žene, pa čak i neki ginekolozi, to pripisuju ‘trudničkom paketu’”, kaže. No to, naglašava, nije nešto što bi se trebalo ignorirati.</p>

<h2>Što je &#8220;normalno&#8221; nakon poroda?</h2>
<p>Slična situacija događa se i u postpartum razdoblju, kada žene često čuju da su određeni simptomi očekivani. “Najčešće su to urinarna inkontinencija, dijastaza i bolovi u donjem dijelu leđa”, objašnjava.</p>
<p>Fraze koje često čuje od klijentica zvuče poznato mnogim majkama.</p>
<p>“‘Podižem bebu pa je normalno da me boli’, ‘normalno je da mi curka, imala sam veliku bebu’, ili ‘dijastaza ne boli pa ju ne moram rješavati’. No to su stanja koja definitivno preporučujem riješiti jer se posljedice mogu pojaviti i godinama nakon poroda.”</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left;">Kada se javiti fizioterapeutu nakon poroda?</h2>
<p>Dobra vijest je da za početak rehabilitacije nikada nije kasno.</p>
<p>“Žene danas već u rodilištu često dobiju posjet fizioterapeuta koji im pokaže kako se pravilno podizati i što smiju raditi nakon poroda.”</p>
<p>Ipak, za konkretniji rehabilitacijski rad preporučuje malo pričekati. “Moja preporuka je doći nakon šest do osam tjedana, kada dobijemo i potvrdu ginekologa da su se organi vratili na svoje mjesto.”</p>
<h2>Smiju li trudnice ići na masažu?</h2>
<p>Jedno od najčešćih pitanja koje dobiva odnosi se upravo na masažu u trudnoći. “O da, trudnice itekako smiju ići na masažu”, kaže kroz osmijeh.</p>
<p>Važno je samo da je trudnoća uredna, bez hematoma, rizika od prijevremenog poroda ili nerazjašnjenog krvarenja.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #ff99cc;">“Masaža može značajno smanjiti bolove u leđima, zdjelici i vratu koji nastaju zbog promjene posture i rasta trbuha. Također poboljšava cirkulaciju, smanjuje oticanje nogu i opušta prenapete mišiće.”</span></p>

<p>Osim fizičkog učinka, važan je i psihološki aspekt.</p>
<p>“Masaža smanjuje stres, poboljšava san i daje trudnici osjećaj sigurnosti i podrške. A to je u ovom razdoblju jednako važno kao i rad na tijelu.”</p>

<h2>Najveći mitovi o oporavku nakon poroda</h2>
<p>U svakodnevnom radu često se susreće s brojnim zabludama. “Jedan od najvećih mitova je da su bolovi u leđima, inkontinencija ili dijastaza ‘normalni’ nakon poroda i da ih žena jednostavno mora prihvatiti.”</p>
<p>Drugi čest mit je da će se tijelo oporaviti samo od sebe. “Šest tjedana nakon poroda je administrativna kontrola &#8211; to ne znači da su mišići i zdjelično dno automatski oporavljeni.”</p>
<p>Još jedna česta zabluda odnosi se na <strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Kegelove vježbe.</span></strong></p>
<p>“Mnoge žene misle da su Kegelove vježbe rješenje za sve. Ako je zdjelično dno već preaktivno ili bolno, dodatno stiskanje može čak pogoršati simptome.”</p>
<p>Posebno ističe i zabludu vezanu uz carski rez.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #ff99cc;">“Carski rez je velika abdominalna operacija i zahtijeva jednako ozbiljan oporavak. Rad na ožiljku je izuzetno važan.”</span></p></blockquote>
<h2>Problemi o kojima se i dalje premalo govori</h2>
<p>Problemi poput inkontinencije ili boli u zdjelici mnogo su češći nego što žene misle.</p>
<p>“Urinarna inkontinencija javlja se kod oko 30 do 40 posto žena nakon vaginalnog poroda, a bolovi u zdjelici i donjem dijelu leđa pogađaju više od polovice trudnica.”</p>
<p>Razlog zašto se o tome malo govori često je kombinacija srama i društvenih očekivanja. “Žene često čuju ‘rodila si, to je tako’. Uz to, teme poput inkontinencije ili boli pri odnosu mnogima su neugodne za izgovoriti.”</p>
<h2>Greška koju žene najčešće rade</h2>
<p>Jedna od najčešćih pogrešaka događa se kada žene prerano krenu s intenzivnim vježbanjem. “Nakon poroda mnoge žene brzo počnu raditi trbušnjake, plank ili trčati kako bi ‘vratile trbuh’.” Problem je što tijelo još nema stabilnu bazu.</p>
<p>“Zdjelično dno i duboki trbušni mišići moraju prvo ponovno naučiti surađivati kroz disanje i kontrolu tlaka. Ako se to preskoči, može se pogoršati dijastaza, inkontinencija ili osjećaj težine u zdjelici.”</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #ff99cc;">Druga velika pogreška je ignoriranje boli. “Bol je informacija, ne slabost.”</span></p></blockquote>

<h2>Kako izgleda prvi dolazak</h2>
<p>Prvi susret započinje detaljnim upitnikom koji klijentica ispunjava prije dolaska. “Zanimaju me tjedan trudnoće ili postpartum razdoblja, razlog dolaska, alergije i druge važne informacije.”</p>
<p>Kod masaže se tretman prilagođava potpuno individualno. “Masaža se izvodi u potrbušnom ili bočnom položaju, ovisno o procjeni i ženinoj ugodi. Tijekom tretmana procjenjujem svaki dio tijela i ovisno o tome koristim različite tehnike.”</p>
<p>Kod rehabilitacije je pristup još detaljniji. “Procjenjujem disanje, posturu, stanje trbušne stijenke, pokretljivost zdjelice i način na koji tijelo podnosi opterećenje. Tek nakon toga slijedi terapijski dio koji uključuje manualnu terapiju, mobilizaciju zdjelice i ciljane vježbe.”</p>
<p>Vježbe se čak i snimaju kako bi ih klijentica mogla pravilno raditi kod kuće. “Želim da žena razumije što radimo i zašto – jer tako dobivamo najbolje rezultate.”</p>

<h2>Poruka koju bi svaka žena trebala čuti</h2>
<p>Maja ima poruku koju bi, kaže, voljela da svaka žena čuje na vrijeme.</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #ff99cc;">“Voljela bih da svaka žena zna da njezino tijelo nije ‘pokvareno’ jer boli, curi ili se razdvojilo. Ono samo prolazi kroz ogromne promjene i treba pravu podršku, a ne prešutno prihvaćanje boli kao &#8216;normalnog stanja&#8217;.”</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Dodaje kako je važno razumjeti da je oporavak proces. “Oporavak nije rok od šest tjedana. Tijelu treba vrijeme, razumijevanje i ciljani koraci kako bi se stvarno vratilo u funkciju.”</p>
