<p>Program ZDRAVA ŽENA baziran je na recentnoj znanosti te potvrđen kroz praksu u radu sa više stotina žena. Važnost programa prepoznala je i poznata televizijska voditeljica <span style="color: #a00523;"><strong>Ana Radišić</strong></span>, koja je ujedno i ambasadorica projekta.</p>

<h2><span style="color: #000000;">Idući program ZDRAVA ŽENA održava se 10.5. </span></h2>
<p>Sljedeća, četvrta po redu, radionica održat će se <span style="color: #a00523;"><strong>10. svibnja u Body&amp;Mind Centru u Zagrebu</strong></span>, a sudionice će saznati više o mnogim temama, od kojih su neke: kako optimizirati metabolizam i hormonalno zdravlje nakon 35te, koju prehranu i dodatke prehrani birati za podršku hormonima, kako trenirati kroz period perimenopauze i menopauze kako bi izgledale i osjećale se odlično, kako pravilno disati i upravljati spavanjem za balans hormona, imali li smisla provjeriti mikrobiom, kako podržati zdravlje mozga i spriječiti kognitivno propadanje i brojne druge</p>
