4 paprike<br />
Nekoliko žlica maslinovog ulja<br />
3 glavice luka<br />
3 mrkve<br />
500 grama mljevenog mesa<br />
200 ml sosa od rajčice<br />
100 grama feta sira<br />
Začini:sol, papar, lovorov list, talijanska mješavina začina, češnjak u prahu</p>
<p>PRIPREMA:</p>
<p>Na ulju popržimo luk i mrkvu, dodajemo meso dok ne dobije zlatno-smeđu boju. Dodamo sos od rajčice i pustimo da se krčka 20-ak minuta. Za to vrijeme paprika narežemo napola i složimo ih u lim za pečenje, a feta sir nasjeckamo na komadiće. Pećnicu zagrijemo na 200 stupnjeva. Kad je meso gotovo, žlicom ga stavljamo u paprike i posipamo feta sirom.</p>

<p>Sve skupa stavimo u pećnicu i pečemo oko 30 minuta (ili dok paprike ne omekšaju i feta sir se otopi).</p>

<p>U ovom jelu sam koristila bolonjez umak koji je već bio pripremljen unaprijed i spremljen u škrinju. Svaki put kad kuham bolonjez, napravim minimalno duplu porciju i zamrznem kako bi uvijek imala spreman obrok kad mi zatreba!</p>
