<p>Na ulju i maslacu popržimo luk i gljive. Kad su gljive dobile zlatno-smeđu boju, usipamo pola vrećice instant juhe, dodamo vrhnje i krem sir pa sve promiješamo.</p>

<p>Tjesteninu stavimo na kuhanje i pred kraj odvojimo vodu kako bi je dodali u umak. Pomalo ulijevamo vodu od kuhanja tjestenine dok ne dobijemo željenu gustoću.</p>

<p>Nedavno se na mojem profilu pokrenula tema budžeta u kuhinji pa danas s tobom dijelim nekoliko savjeta koji funkcioniraju za mene:</p>

<h2>Uvijek imam plan!</h2>

<p>Ovo nije došlo preko noći, ali kad sam usvojila naviku planiranja većine naših obroka došlo je i do uštede novaca. Ne samo da točno znam što trebam kupiti već smo došli do toga da se ništa ne baca i sve namirnice se iskoriste što mislim da je zapravo najbitnije. Kad već na nešto daš svoj novac, iskoristi to.</p>

<h2>Kad planiram, prvo „kupujem“ doma!</h2>

</ol>
<p>Što to znači? Prvo gledam što imam u frižideru, zatim škrinji pa špajzi. Idem tim redoslijedom jer pokušavam prvo potrošiti ono što se najbrže kvari, a to se obično nalazi u frižideru. Prije mi je često promaknulo što već imam i pokvarilo se, a na ovaj način sam sigurna da koristim najviše što mogu od onoga što već imam.</p>

<h2>Pravilno spremam svoje namirnice</h2>

</ol>
<p>Kad vidim da imam nečega previše, obavezno pokušam zamrznuti tu hranu u nekom obliku, bilo da je to svježe zamrznuto, blanširano ili skuhano u nekom umaku koji ću iskoristiti kasnije.</p>

<h2>Kupim više komada namirnice koju znam da ću iskoristiti.</h2>
</li>
</ol>
<p>Nisam od praćenja akcija po dućanima, niti imam vremena hodati po više dućana (svoju kupovinu obavljam 1x tjedno i to je to). Ono što radim je kad sam već u kupovini, ako je nešto na akciji (a znam da može dugo stajati ili da mogu zamrznuti) i znam da koristimo redovno u kuhanju, jednostavno kupim nekoliko komada. Dobar primjer za ovo je recimo dimljeni losos kojeg obožavamo, ali je dosta skup. Ako je na akciji, kupim nekoliko pakiranja i spremim u škrinju. Isto vrijedi za meso, recimo mljeveno ili piletinu što koristimo najčešće.</p>

<p>Ovo vrijedi za stvari koje mi je najlakše zamrznuti – bolonjez, umak od povrća, punjene paprike, gulaš… Spremim u škrinju i onda čak i ako moj plan propadne i nakupi mi se previše obaveza, znam da u škrinji imam brzi obrok i ne moram brinuti.</p>
<p>Druga opcija je kada skuham jedan umak koji iskoristim na 2 načina, recimo ovaj recept za meksičke tortilje – 1.dan smo iskoristili umak u tortiljama, a pola sam ostavila za drugi dan i samo dodala rižu, a možeš i tjesteninu.</p>

<p>Ovo možda ne zvuči kao nešto bitno, ali kad sam krenula istraživati o zamrzavanju hrane, začudila sam se što se sve može zamrznuti. Osim povrća, voća, mesa, umaka, zamrznuti možeš i sir, šunku, pesto umak, nasjeckani luk, poriluk, temeljac…</p>

<p>Ako radim neki recept, a vidim da mi fale sastojci, neću prvo otići u dućan, nego ću pokušati smisliti kako bi taj recept mogao uspjeti uz nešto što imam doma. Tako sam recimo primijetila da mi više paše koristiti krem sir umjesto vrhnja za kuhanje.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">PRIPREMA:</span></strong></p>
<p>Na ulju popržimo luk, dodajemo meso i pustimo da se zapeče. Dodajemo smrznuto povrće i kratko prodinstamo sve skupa. Ulijemo pelate i vodu i pustimo 10-ak minuta da se sve skuha. Punimo tortilje i posipamo s malo tekućine iz umaka. Dodamo naribani sir i stavljamo u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 stupnjeva dok se sir ne zapeče, otprilike 15 minuta, ovisno o pećnici. Možeš poslužiti uz grčki jogurt ako želiš.</p>

<p>Pobrašnite površinu oštrim brašnom, razvaljajte, izdubite i pecite desetak minuta na 180 °C. Ja ih vadim prije nego krenu loviti boju.</p>
<p>Dok se peku, rastopite jednu bijelu čokoladu sa žlicom vrhnja za šlag, a kad se rastopi, ugasite vatru, dodajte unutra žutu jestivu boju i pustite 20ak minuta, uz povremeno miješanje, da se čokolada malo ohladi i opet počne zgušnjavati kako bi ju lakše mazali i spojili keksiće. U malo preostale čokolade dodajte kap crvene jestive boje da dobijete narančastu za kljun i noge.</p>
