<h2>2. Varivo od graška</h2>
<p>Brzo i sigurno varivo za svaki dan. Na luku i mrkvi pirjam komadiće piletine, dodam grašak i začine. Dok se kuha, pripremim smjesu za noklice i ostavim da odstoji nekoliko minuta. Noklice se kuhaju kratko pa ih samo ubacim pred kraj kuhanja malom žličicom. Ovo je naš favorit jer je grašak omiljeno povrće moje djece!</p>

<h2>3. Varivo sa slanutkom i špekom</h2>
<p>Ovo varivo ima malo jači okus i odlično paše za hladnije dane. Koristim prethodno skuhani slanutak (ili onaj iz konzerve), a na početku kratko prepržim kockice špeka i luka. Dodam malo dimljene paprike, krumpir i slanutak, pa pustim da se sve polako krčka. Ukusno, zasitno i dobro se podgrijava idući dan.</p>

<h2>4. Varivo od graha s kobasicama</h2>
<p>Bez graha nema prave jeseni! Za brzinsku verziju koristimo grah iz konzerve, a uvijek možeš i namakati suhi grah. Kuham ga u raznim kombinacijama, sa ječmenom kašom, tjesteninom, krumpirom, kiselim kupusom… mogućnosti je bezbroj! Ovo varivo uvijek ispadne odlično, a često je još bolje drugi dan.</p>

<p>Cilj knjižice, ističe Janković, je okupiti obitelj za stolom barem jednom dnevno. „Obitelj koja jede zajedno, ostaje zajedno. To je vrijednost koju će naša djeca ponijeti dalje u život ako im to usadimo u najranijoj dobi i cilj za koji se vrijedi boriti“, naglašava.</p>

<h3>Toplina doma dolazi iz kuhinje</h3>
<p>Kako kaže, <em>Mamin dan</em> nije savršen niti glamurozan, već realan prikaz obiteljskog života. „Sve što skuhamo možda nije uvijek preukusno, super začinjeno, mekano i sočno, ali je napravljeno s jako puno ljubavi prema našoj djeci i obitelji. Ta ljubav nas tjera da nikada ne odustanemo od onoga što nam je bitno. Danas se često nude razna instant rješenja, no kuhani obrok treba nam biti prioritet“, poručuje Zrinka.</p>
<p>Svjesna je da mame ujutro nemaju puno vremena, ali da ipak žele svojoj djeci pripremiti doručak prije vrtića ili škole. Također, da često nedostaje inspiracije za ručak i da se najčešće vrti sedam istih jela. Podsjeća i da međuobrok ne bi trebao biti „ladica s keksima ili napolitankama“ te da je večera u mnogim obiteljima jedini zajednički obrok u danu.</p>

<p>Za pečenje zagrijemo tavu s uljem i pečemo s obje strane dok ne dobijemo zlatno &#8211; smeđu boju (4-5 minuta sa svake strane, ovisno o debljini faširanca). Poslužimo uz kelj!</p>

što izbjegavati kako bi svom djetetu pomogla razviti zdrav odnos prema hrani.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">1. OSTANI PRI SVOJOJ ODLUCI ŠTO JE PONUĐENO ZA TAJ OBROK</span></strong></p>
<p>Roditelji odlučuju što se jede, kada i gdje – dok je na djetetu odluka hoće li jesti i koliko. Ovo pravilo temelj je zdravog odnosa prema hrani. Jedan od najčešćih izazova je ostati pri svom kada dijete odbije ponuđeni obrok i očekuje nešto drugo, ali ako tada popustimo i ponudimo alternativu, riskiramo da dijete shvati kako može “naručiti” svoj obrok po želji. Kako bi izbjegla stres i osjećaj krivnje, korisno je u svaki obrok uključiti barem jednu namirnicu koju dijete inače voli ili često jede. To ne znači da svaki obrok mora biti savršeno prihvaćen, ali kada je barem nešto na tanjuru poznato i prihvatljivo, povećavaš šansu da će dijete ipak nešto pojesti. Na primjer, uz varivo koje možda taj dan ne želi, možeš staviti i krišku kruha ili nekoliko kolutića krastavca koje dijete inače voli. Na taj način poručuješ djetetu: “Ovo je današnji ručak. Tu su i neke poznate stvari. Možeš izabrati želiš li jesti.”</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">2. SMIRENO PRIHVATI DJETETOVU IZJAVU DA TO NE VOLI</span></strong></p>
<p>Kad dijete kaže: “Ne volim to!”, vrlo je važno da tvoja reakcija bude smirena i neutralna. Nemoj se uzrujavati niti pokušavati uvjeravati dijete da griješi. Iako znaš da je jelo prije voljelo, nije korisno reći: “Pa do sada si to uvijek pojeo!”, jer time zanemarujemo njegove trenutne osjećaje. Bolja reakcija je jednostavno reći: “U redu, čujem te. Danas ti se to ne sviđa.” Time dajemo djetetu poruku da su njegovi osjećaji priznati i poštovani. Važno je zapamtiti da djeca u ovoj dobi tek uče kako komunicirati svoje želje i emocije – a hrana je često jedno od prvih područja gdje to pokušavaju.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">3. BIRAJ NAČIN NA KOJI S DJETETOM RAZGOVARAŠ O HRANI</span></strong></p>
<p>Komunikacija oko hrane treba biti blaga, nenametljiva i poticajna. Umjesto direktnih zahtjeva kao što su: “Ajde pojedi!” ili “Samo probaj pa ćeš vidjeti da voliš.”, pokušaj s pitanjima koja otvaraju razgovor.<br />
Primjeri korisnih pitanja:<br />
• <em>“Misliš li da je danas ovo jelo drugačijeg okusa nego inače?” </em><br />
<em>• “Osjetiš li nešto što ti danas ne paše?” </em><br />
<em>• “Ima li nešto u ovom jelu što ti smeta?</em>”<br />
Na taj način djetetu dajemo priliku da samo izrazi svoje dojmove i promišljanja. Možda će doći do zaključka da zapravo nije gladno, da je jelo prevruće ili da mu nešto u tanjuru ne odgovara. A možda će iz znatiželje ipak odlučiti probati.</p>

<p>Odbijanje hrane ne mora značiti da dijete to više nikada neće voljeti. Možda je loše raspoloženo, umorno, zasićeno ili jednostavno želi testirati granice. Zato su dodatna pitanja korisna jer pokazuju interes, ali bez pritiska.<br />
Pokušaj s:<br />
•<em> “Postoji li nešto što ti se ne sviđa u jelu – miris, boja, nešto drugo?” </em><br />
<em>• “Bi li pomoglo da dodamo malo jogurta/kruha/povrća uz to?” </em><br />
<em>• “Zanima li te kako sam pripremila ovo jelo?” </em><br />
<em>• “Želiš li pomoći sljedeći put kad ću kuhati ovo jelo?”</em><br />
Sudjelovanjem u pripremi hrane ili razgovoru o sastojcima dijete razvija osjećaj povezanosti i veću otvorenost prema isprobavanju.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">5. OPIŠI DJETETU KAKAV JE TEBI OBROK</span></strong></p>
<p>Djeca uče promatranjem. Ako dijete vidi da ti uživaš u jelu, veća je vjerojatnost da će se zainteresirati. Nemoj ga izravno nagovarati, ali dok jedete, slobodno komentiraj:<br />
• <em>“Mmmm, meni je danas grašak jako sladak.” </em><br />
<em>• “Osjećam da su noklice baš mekane.” </em><br />
<em>• “Boje na tanjuru mi izgledaju baš lijepo danas.”</em><br />
Ovakav način opisivanja hrane ne zvuči kao nagovaranje, a kod djeteta može probuditi znatiželju. Možda će željeti i samo otkriti sve te okuse i doživljaje.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">6. AKO DIJETE I DALJE NE VOLI OBROK, POŠTUJ TU ODLUKU</span></strong></p>
<p>Ovo je najteži, ali i najvažniji korak. Ako si djetetu omogućila izbor, postavila granice i pružila priliku za komunikaciju – a ono i dalje odbija jesti, tada je vrijeme da poštuješ njegovu odluku. Tada mu možeš reći: “U redu, ako ne želiš jesti, možeš pričekati do sljedećeg obroka.” Bez dodatnog nagovaranja, komentara ili podmićivanja. Dijete će s vremenom naučiti da ima pravo odlučiti i da će mu tijelo dati znakove kada je gladno. Ovakvim pristupom razvijate međusobno povjerenje i kvalitetan odnos prema hrani.</p>

<p>Kad sam tek postala mama, jedna od najtežih stvari mi je bila planiranje i kuhanje obroka. Zapravo, planiranje je bila najteža, od smišljanja što će se kuhati do odlaska u dućan 100 puta jer bi svaki put nešto zaboravila&#8230; Pa sam krenula u istraživanje što mi može olakšati taj cijeli proces!</p>
<p>Isprobavala sam razne stvari, puno je tu bilo neuspješnih pokušaja, ali na kraju sam došla do načina koji za mene i moju obitelj odlično funkcionira. I najvažnije, oslobodila sam prostor u glavi koji je prije bio zauzet pitanjima: &#8220;A što ćemo danas jesti???&#8221;.</p>
<p>Uz planiranje, moj tjedan izgleda manje kaotično i puno više organizirano.</p>
<p>Zapravo, više ni ne razmišljam o obrocima, sve jako brzo složim, obavim kupnju, pripremu i svaki dan znam što će se kuhati.</p>

Pa danas idemo na jedan brzi obrok koji sam spremila u manje od 10 minuta i ostavila u pećnici. Radi se o tacosima s piletinom i povrćem, uz jednostavni umak koji sve ovo povezuje. <p>Uz sve toplije vrijeme i divno sunce koje nas časti ovih dana, sve manje vremena želimo provoditi u kuhinji. Čak i ja koja volim kuhanje samo gledam kako čim prije nešto napraviti i pobjeći na hvatanje sunca dok traje! Pa danas idemo na jedan brzi obrok koji sam spremila u manje od 10 minuta i ostavila u pećnici.</p>

<p>A pozivam te da pogledaš i kako se pripremam za spremanje obroka kroz tjedan i olakšavam si pripremu (svaki obrok koji sam kuhala ovaj tjedan od mene je zahtijevao samo 10-15 minuta u kuhinji).</p>

U zdjelici razmutite jaja s mlijekom, solju i paprom. Zagrijte tavu na srednjoj vatri i dodajte maslinovo ulje. Na tavu dodajte povrće i lagano ga pirjajte 2-3 minute. Prelijte povrće smjesom jaja i kuhajte dok omlet ne postane čvrst. Prije posluživanja pospite sjeckanim orašastim plodovima za dodatnu hrskavost i proteine. Poslužite uz krišku integralnog kruha.</p>

Ogulite bananu i pripremite sve sastojke. Ako želite hladniji i gušći smoothie, možete koristiti smrznutu bananu. U blender stavite bananu, špinat, bademovo mlijeko, proteinski prah, maslac od badema, orašaste plodove i suho voće iz Eurocompany linije te led. Blendajte sve sastojke dok ne dobijete glatku i kremastu smjesu. Ako je smoothie pregust, dodajte još malo mlijeka. Prelijte smoothie u čašu i, po želji, ukrasite dodatkom orašastih plodova na vrh.</p>

U lončiću pomiješajte zobene pahuljice, mlijeko i prstohvat soli. Stavite lončić na srednju vatru i kuhajte uz povremeno miješanje dok smjesa ne postane kremasta, otprilike 5-7 minuta. Kada je kaša gotova, maknite je s vatre i umiješajte med ili javorov sirup za dodatnu slatkoću. Prebacite kašu u zdjelicu i ukrasite žlicom Eurocompany chia sjemenki (koje ste prethodno namočili), svježim voćem te posipajte cimetom ako želite dodatnu aromu.</p>
<p>Savjet: Za dodatni boost proteina, možete u kašu umiješati žlicu grčkog jogurta ili proteinskog praha nakon što je skuhana.</p>

<h3>Što su &#8220;Recepti za tjedan&#8221;?</h3>
<p>To su kartice s receptima koje dolaze u 5 kategorija – svaka sadrži po 15 recepata. Ukupno 75 ideja za ukusne obroke koje možeš lako pripremiti sa svakodnevnim sastojcima. Idealno za jednostavno planiranje i kuhanje!</p>
