<h2>2. Varivo od graška</h2>
<p>Brzo i sigurno varivo za svaki dan. Na luku i mrkvi pirjam komadiće piletine, dodam grašak i začine. Dok se kuha, pripremim smjesu za noklice i ostavim da odstoji nekoliko minuta. Noklice se kuhaju kratko pa ih samo ubacim pred kraj kuhanja malom žličicom. Ovo je naš favorit jer je grašak omiljeno povrće moje djece!</p>

<h2>3. Varivo sa slanutkom i špekom</h2>
<p>Ovo varivo ima malo jači okus i odlično paše za hladnije dane. Koristim prethodno skuhani slanutak (ili onaj iz konzerve), a na početku kratko prepržim kockice špeka i luka. Dodam malo dimljene paprike, krumpir i slanutak, pa pustim da se sve polako krčka. Ukusno, zasitno i dobro se podgrijava idući dan.</p>

<h2>4. Varivo od graha s kobasicama</h2>
<p>Bez graha nema prave jeseni! Za brzinsku verziju koristimo grah iz konzerve, a uvijek možeš i namakati suhi grah. Kuham ga u raznim kombinacijama, sa ječmenom kašom, tjesteninom, krumpirom, kiselim kupusom… mogućnosti je bezbroj! Ovo varivo uvijek ispadne odlično, a često je još bolje drugi dan.</p>

<p>Svaki recept u karticama je praktičan i jasno napisan, s detaljnim uputama, vremenom pripreme i brojem obroka kao i slikom na kojoj odmah možeš vidjeti kako će na kraju izgledati – slika pomaže i kada uključuješ svoje mališane u planiranje jer odmah mogu vidjeti sviđa li im se jelo ili ne.</p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Planiranje obroka postalo mi je neophodno kako bih uz djecu, posao i sve obaveze lakše funkcionirala tijekom tjedna. Nakon mnogo pokušaja i prilagođavanja, našla sam sustav koji odgovara mojoj obitelji – planiranje pet obroka tjedno, uz dozu fleksibilnosti. Ovo mi omogućuje da smanjim bacanje hrane i držim budžet pod kontrolom. Prvi korak je uvijek pregled namirnica koje već imamo kod kuće, što mi pomaže da bolje isplaniram obroke. Kad god je moguće, kupujem veće količine namirnica na akciji, a često unaprijed pripremam jela koja mogu zamrznuti. Ipak smatram da je ključno zadržati ravnotežu i uvijek ostaviti prostora za uživanje u stvarima koje volimo. Tako da ti savjetujem da dio budžeta ide i za one „gluposti“ kojima se veseliš. <p>Planiranje obroka postalo mi je neophodno kako bih uz djecu, posao i sve obaveze lakše funkcionirala tijekom tjedna. <h2>Svinjski šnicli u umaku sa senfom</h2>

2 žlice ulja<br />
50 grama maslaca<br />
2 luka<br />
400 grama svinjskih odrezaka + marinada: 2 žlice octa, 2 žlice senfa, sol, papar, dimljena slatka paprika, ružmarin<br />
100 ml bijelog vina<br />
2 žlice brašna<br />
500 ml vode<br />
1 kocka za juhu<br />
2 žlice kiselog vrhnja</p>
<p><span style="color: #a00523;">PRIPREMA:</span></p>
<p>Svinjske odreske stavimo na mariniranje barem pola sata prije pečenja (idealno preko noći).</p>
<p>Zagrijemo tavu s uljem i maslacem i odreske uvaljamo u brašno pa ih zapečemo dok ne dobiju zlatno-smeđu boju s obje strane.</p>

<p>Izvadimo ih sa strane i popržimo sitno nasjeckani luk. Kad se luk popržio, dodajemo vino i pustimo da ispari tekućina pa ulijemo vodu u kojoj smo rastopili kocku za juhu (ili koristimo temeljac ako imamo).</p>

<p>Kad sve skupa zakipi, dodajemo vrhnje u umak i vratimo odreske natrag. Sve skupa krčkamo na laganoj vatri 20-30 minuta i poslužimo uz prilog po želji: tjesteninu, rižu ili pire krumpir.</p>

<p>Ako tražiš obrok koji je brz, ukusan i bogat okusima, tjestenina u kremastom umaku s gljivama bit će pravi pogodak. Ovaj recept priprema se za manje od pola sata, a kombinacija gljiva i kremastog umaka stvara obrok koji će oduševiti cijelu obitelj. Idealan je za užurbane dane kad želiš nešto jednostavno, a zasitno i ukusno, bez previše vremena provedenog u kuhinji.</p>

<p>Na ulju i maslacu popržimo luk i gljive. Kad su gljive dobile zlatno-smeđu boju, usipamo pola vrećice instant juhe, dodamo vrhnje i krem sir pa sve promiješamo.</p>

<p>Tjesteninu stavimo na kuhanje i pred kraj odvojimo vodu kako bi je dodali u umak. Pomalo ulijevamo vodu od kuhanja tjestenine dok ne dobijemo željenu gustoću.</p>

Možeš kuhati veće količine tijekom vikenda i dio hrane zamrznuti ili pohraniti u hladnjak za kasniju upotrebu. Također, možeš unaprijed nasjeckati povrće ili pripremiti umake, što će ti značajno skratiti vrijeme pripreme obroka tijekom tjedna. Meni najlakše ide kuhanje duple porcije nekih jela i zamrzavanje (npr. bistra juha, bolonjez umak, umak od povrća, gulaš…)</p>
<p>Zapamti da su ovo samo prijedlozi – ti ćeš najbolje znati što ti odgovara u ovoj sezoni života.</p>

<p>4.<strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Uključi cijelu obitelj:</span></strong> Ponekad možeš uključiti djecu u planiranje obroka, pitati ih što bi željeli jesti ili ih uključiti u pripremu hrane. To ne samo da će ti pomoći, već će i djeca naučiti važne vještine te biti sklonija jesti ono što su sami pomogla pripremiti.</p>
<p>5.<strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Budi fleksibilna:</span></strong> Imaj na umu da planiranje obroka nije uklesano u kamen. Ako ti se plan promijeni ili ako jednostavno nemaš vremena ili energije za kuhanje, nema potrebe za stresom. Uvijek možeš zamijeniti obrok nečim jednostavnijim ili naručiti hranu.</p>

<p>Na maslinovom ulju kratko prokuhamo pripremljeni umak (ovdje možeš koristiti 1 luk, 2 mrkve i žlicu paste od rajčice koje ćeš prodinstati).</p>
