Nakon mnogo pokušaja i prilagođavanja, našla sam sustav koji odgovara mojoj obitelji – planiranje pet obroka tjedno, uz dozu fleksibilnosti. Ovo mi omogućuje da smanjim bacanje hrane i držim budžet pod kontrolom. Prvi korak je uvijek pregled namirnica koje već imamo kod kuće, što mi pomaže da bolje isplaniram obroke. Kad god je moguće, kupujem veće količine namirnica na akciji, a često unaprijed pripremam jela koja mogu zamrznuti. Ipak smatram da je ključno zadržati ravnotežu i uvijek ostaviti prostora za uživanje u stvarima koje volimo. Tako da ti savjetujem da dio budžeta ide i za one „gluposti“ kojima se veseliš. 400 grama svinjskih odrezaka + marinada: 2 žlice octa, 2 žlice senfa, sol, papar, dimljena slatka paprika, ružmarin<br />
100 ml bijelog vina<br />
2 žlice brašna<br />
500 ml vode<br />
1 kocka za juhu<br />
2 žlice kiselog vrhnja</p>
<p><span style="color: #a00523;">PRIPREMA:</span></p>
<p>Svinjske odreske stavimo na mariniranje barem pola sata prije pečenja (idealno preko noći).</p>
<p>Zagrijemo tavu s uljem i maslacem i odreske uvaljamo u brašno pa ih zapečemo dok ne dobiju zlatno-smeđu boju s obje strane.</p>

<p>Izvadimo ih sa strane i popržimo sitno nasjeckani luk. Kad se luk popržio, dodajemo vino i pustimo da ispari tekućina pa ulijemo vodu u kojoj smo rastopili kocku za juhu (ili koristimo temeljac ako imamo).</p>

<p>Kad sve skupa zakipi, dodajemo vrhnje u umak i vratimo odreske natrag. Sve skupa krčkamo na laganoj vatri 20-30 minuta i poslužimo uz prilog po želji: tjesteninu, rižu ili pire krumpir.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Priprema:</span></strong></p>
<p>Prvo stavimo losos na mariniranje sa začinima i umacima – soja sos i slatko kiseli umak. Batat ogulimo, narežemo na kockice i stavimo kuhati. Prokulice skuhamo, posolimo i popaprimo. Losos ispečemo na tavi na maslacu i ulju, a kad je gotov, u istu tavu ubacimo skuhani batat koji prelijemo ostatkom marinade. Mrkvu i luk također popržimo (ako je ostalo još marinade, slobodno ubaci ovdje).  Krastavac i rajčicu nasjeckamo na kockice i sve skupa složimo u jedan tanjur ili zdjelicu. Za posluživanje prelijemo tahini umakom i nasjeckanim mladim lukom.</p>

4 paprike<br />
Nekoliko žlica maslinovog ulja<br />
3 glavice luka<br />
3 mrkve<br />
500 grama mljevenog mesa<br />
200 ml sosa od rajčice<br />
100 grama feta sira<br />
Začini:sol, papar, lovorov list, talijanska mješavina začina, češnjak u prahu</p>
<p>PRIPREMA:</p>
<p>Na ulju popržimo luk i mrkvu, dodajemo meso dok ne dobije zlatno-smeđu boju. Dodamo sos od rajčice i pustimo da se krčka 20-ak minuta. Za to vrijeme paprika narežemo napola i složimo ih u lim za pečenje, a feta sir nasjeckamo na komadiće. Pećnicu zagrijemo na 200 stupnjeva. Kad je meso gotovo, žlicom ga stavljamo u paprike i posipamo feta sirom.</p>

<h5><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">ZAŠTO PLANIRATI KUHANJE?</span></strong></h5>
<p>Najviše vremena (i živaca) gubite jer smišljate što kuhati upravo na taj dan ili večer ranije. To je prekasno i često za takve nagle ideje imate premalo vremena, premalo namirnica ili oboje. To uzrokuje da su vam odlasci u nabavku gotovo svakodnevni i time vremenski neracionalni. Puno je lakše odvojiti pola sata jednom tjedno ili svaka dva tjedna za osmisliti jelovnik i u svoj raspored zapisati što, ali i kada točno kuhati. Takva rutina omogućit će vam već u prvom takvom tjednu veliko vremensko i psihičko rasterećenje i to evo zašto:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Dobro osmišljen jelovnik moći ćete ponavljati</span></strong> – jednom kad osmislite tjedni ili dvotjedni jelovnik (dakle jela za sedam do četrnaest dana), moći ćete ga ponavljati bez da narušite raznovrsnost prehrane jer ste o tome odmah kod planiranja vodili računa. Tako ćete recimo jedan vikend sjesti na pola sata i isplanirati jela za iduća dva tjedna. Nakon dva tjedna ponovit ćete jelovnik prvog tjedna i tako ponavljati dok ne poželite nešto novo ili dok se ne promijene sezonske namirnice.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Nećete morati kuhati svaki dan</span> </strong>– već dok sastavljate jelovnik razmišljajte koje dane možete kuhati za dva ili više dana, što ćete zamrznuti, a koje dane će biti potrebno samo skuhati prilog ili napraviti salatu. Zamrzavanje ili podgrijavanje već skuhanog obroka znači da će topli obrok na stol možda moći staviti i netko od ukućana, a ne nužno vi.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Rjeđe ćete i smislenije kupovati</span></strong> – kad znate što i koliko kuhati znate i što treba provjeriti u kućnim zalihama te dokupiti ukoliko nedostaje. Nije li lakše odlaziti u nabavku usklađenu s jelovnikom i ostalim tjednim obavezama nego stihijski, umorna i gladna?</p>

<p>U spomenutih pola sata tijekom vikenda, dok niste u gužvi, sjednite uz običan list papira i učinite sljedeće:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Zapišite deset jela (ručkova)</span></strong> – mislite na ona omiljena u vašoj obitelji, zatim ona za koja treba manje vremena pripreme, sezonska jela te jela koja je lako zamrzavati i kombinirati sa različitim prilozima. Od tih deset označite četiri koja možete skuhati za dva dana. Ukoliko imate sreću odlazaka na ručak kod roditelja nedjeljom ili u restoran, ubrojite i to u ukupan potreban broj jela po tjednu.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #a00523;">Upišite jela po danima u raspored za iduća dva tjedna</span></strong> – ovdje zapravo kombinirate koje dane kuhate, a koje podgrijavate ili jedenje van kuće. Ovo je najzahtjevniji korak u planiranju kuhanja jer podrazumijeva postojanje rasporeda svih ostalih obaveza. Imate li ga?</p>
