Vježbanje je jedna od najčešćih novogodišnjih odluka, ipak istraživanja su pokazala da je to i jedna od odluka koja najbrže padne u vodu. Naša anketa nedavno provedena na Instagramu pokazala je da 70% naših čitateljica ne vježba, iako je želja za vježbanjem prisutna. Razlog zbog kojeg mame najčešće ne vježbaju je nedostatak motivacije i vremena, no ipak, čak 80% njih priznalo je da uvijek pronalazi izgovore za nevježbanje. Osjećati se dobro u svom tijelu, osjećati se psihički bolje i izgubiti nakupljene kilograme zbog trudnoća najčešći su razlozi zašto naše mame žele vježbati. Kako bi vas malo motivirale i pomogle vam da se napokon osjećate bolje u svom tijelu, odlučile smo pokrenuti Supermame Challenge! Radi se o besplatnim treninzima koje vodi...</p>

<p>&#8220;Kretanje je oduvijek bilo bitan i sastavni dio mog života. Od djetinjstva i penjanja po stablima, karatea, tenisa do studentskih dana i pole dance-a, streetworkout-a, crossfit-a, kettlebell-a. U kasnim dvadesetima otkrivam yogu koja me dalje vodi do istraživanja granica mobilnosti, fleksibilnosti i balansiranja na rukama. U cijelo klupko uplelo se i majčinstvo i trčanje za bebom. Sada više nego ikad kretanje i zdravlje postaju esencija i baza kvalitetnog života. To je ono što želim da i druge mame/žene upiju u svoje klupko svakodnevnog življenja.&#8221;, ispričala nam je Sara.</p>
